Reservation &
Cancellation Policies

Reservation Policy

It is our wish that your stay be enjoyable and memorable. To help us provide you with the best possible

service, please review the following policies and understand our need to abide by them. Call of email us with any questions you may have.

For all four of our properties: Advance reservations are highly recommended. Individual reservations are confirmed by a 100% deposit by charging your credit card for your term of stay plus applicable taxes. 

 

Use of a gift certificate must be indicated at the time of booking to avoid an additional fee. 

 

Check In time is between 4:00 – 6:00 pm, with one hour’s notice of arrival.  Please notify us well in advance (minimum of 24 hours), prior to your day of arrival, if you anticipate a later arrival, or if you’d like an earlier arrival. 

 

Check out is by 11:00am.

Quiet Time: Quiet time in all locations is 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. This is to ensure that all quests get a quiet and quality stay at our facilities. You can still use common areas, just be courteous. If there is a violations and staff is contacted, you may be asked to leave the premise with no refund. 

 

Pets: We are pet friendly. There will be a $30 non-refundable pet deposit per pet staying with us. Please be advised that not all guests may appreciate pets, so we ask that your pets stay within your rooms and out of the common areas. We ask that your pets are well-behaved to avoid damages to the property. Any damages assessed will be charge to your card.

The Cottage, The Manor and The Jail have outdoor yards available for your pets to use the restroom. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. 

 

The Historic Wolf Hotel has minimum grass locations for your pet to use the restroom. Please be advised that the grass to the south of the hotel is considered private property. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. 

Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel such as the main floor/restaurant and the bar. This is considered a health hazard, only service animals will be allowed on these floors. 

 

Children: We adore children and happily welcome all well-behaved kiddos. 

    

The Historic Wolf Hotel location is an older location and is recommended for children 10 and above, due to the breakables located within the building but we welcome all guests.

The Underground Saloon is children friendly up until 10pm, after 10pm is at the parent’s discretion.  Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

 

Smoke-Free Facility: All rooms and all-locations are considered non-smoking. Please exit the buildings if you would like to smoke.  Please be courteous of all guests entering and exiting the building.  Please use the butt-cans to discard used cigarettes. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke indoors. 

 

Absolutely no open flames aloud on any of the premises. 

 

Parking: The Cottage and The Manor offer on street parking in front of the locations. 

 

The Historic Wolf Hotel offers parking in the lot located to the North-East of the building across the alley. 

The Jail offers alley adjacent parking on the west side. 

 

Exclusivity: Rooms and house use are for registered guests. For the comfort, convenience, respect of privacy and to ensure a quiet, quality stay for all of our guests, we ask that you do not bring in guests, friends, or family that you are visiting in the area. 

 

The Historic Wolf Hotel, Wolf Manor, The Jail and its affiliates are not liable for any accidents, or lost or stolen items.

 

The Wolf Manor is located in a residential area, so please respect our neighbors. 

 

We understand that parking is not ideal but please remain in our driveway or park on the streets. Please do not drive through our grass or our neighbors. Violation may result in your card being charged. 

 

Wolf Manor has two full time tenants and you may not be the only party staying for the evening so we request that you respect our tenants and guests and keep the noise at an appropriate level. Quiet time will be observed at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

 

Please stay in your rented room and do not change rooms without permission from management. We are often full and changing rooms messes up our other reservations. Changing rooms or spreading out will result in you being charged extra and possibly being charged for displacing other guests.

Wolf Manor and its affiliates are not liable for any accidents, or lost or stolen items. 

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change; we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. 620 639 6915. At that time your entire room fee will be refunded or you may request a cancellation certificate to apply to another date.

If you decide to cancel your reservation after the 7 (seven) day cut off (up until 24 hours prior to reservation)  you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your room fee or you may request a cancellation certificate for your stay to apply to another date. 

​

Cancellations made Less than 24 hours prior to reservation will not be refunded any amount nor eligible for a cancelation certificate. 

​

Failure to cancel your reservation (no shows) will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the innkeeper via e-mail or phone.
